The Michelin-starred Ya Ge restaurant will invite Chef Wong Wing-Keung, the Executive Chinese Chef of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, to collaborate with Chef Cheng Kwok-Hung of Ya Ge to create a four-day limited edition gourmet feast. On 30 and 31 May for dinner and 1 and 2 June for both lunch and dinner, Chef Wong will present classic dishes from the Michelin-starred Man Wah restaurant, collaborating with Chef Cheng Kwok-Hung to deliver a celebration of Cantonese cuisine that Michelin enthusiasts cannot miss.
